1. BASIC CONCEPTS

1.4. Services – all services provided by the Company.

Personal data - any information related to a natural person – a Data subject whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly established using such data as a personal identification number, one or more signs of a physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social nature characteristic of a person.

Processing of personal data - any action performed with personal data: collection, recording, accumulation, storage, classification, grouping, merging, changing (addition or correction), provision, publication, use, logical and / or arithmetic operations, search, dissemination, destruction or other action or set of actions.

1.7. Partner – a legal entity providing services to the Company related to the activities performed by the Company or selling goods to it, or carrying out joint projects with the Company, including, but not limited to, marketing promotions, joint sales campaigns, loyalty programs, etc., in the media, websites, e-shop, retail stores, retail chains, etc.

1.10. Privacy Policy – means this document, which establishes the principles and rules for the processing of Personal Data when using the services of the e-shop.

1.11. Account – the main data of the Customer's login to the e-shop, which consists of one e-mail address and password.

1.12. Password is a unique combination of numbers, letters, or numbers and letters or other symbols created by the Customer, after which it is possible to log in to the E-shop.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The Customer grants the Right to the Company to perform all the processing of Personal Data to the extent and for the purposes provided for in this Privacy Policy.

2.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the processing and protection of Personal Data, this Privacy Policy.

2.3. Personal data is processed in the Company in accordance with the following principles:

2.3..6. All information about Personal Data is confidential;

2.3..7. The Client's Personal Data and Personal Information will not be used for illegal purposes.

2.4. It is considered that the Customer, when purchasing in the E-shop, has read the Privacy Policy of the current version and agrees with it. If the Customer does not agree with any part of the Privacy Policy or the Privacy Policy, in this case the Customer must not place an order and not buy the product in the E-shop.

2.5. The Privacy Policy can be accessed in the E-shop and printed at any time. The Privacy Policy may be changed, filled in or updated at the company's discretion. The new version of the Privacy Policy is published in the E-shop.

2.6. The Customer may place an order in the E-shop without registration, or by registering in the E-shop through his/her Account.

2.7. During the initial registration at the E-Shop via the Account, the Client must provide his e-mail address and come up with a secure Password, as well as provide accurate Personal data to the E-shop. The client is responsible for their correctness. After creating an Account, the Client is assigned an identification code.

2.8. When using the Services, as well as when purchasing in the E-shop, the Customer must always provide accurate Personal Data to the E-shop and is responsible for their correctness.

2.9. The Client has the right to change and supplement personal data in the Account at any time or to apply to the e-shop with a request to delete the Account.

2.10. The Client must not disclose the Password to third parties and store it, otherwise all related responsibility lies with the Client.

3. COLLECTION, USE, ADJUSTMENT AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

3.1. The Company respects the right to privacy of each Customer. Personal data of the Customer (i.e. name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, address of delivery of the product / service, age / year of birth, payment data of the product / service (bank account no., method of payment, etc.), purchase history, as well as, with the consent of the Client, age, gender, date of birth, place of residence) are collected and processed for the following purposes:

3.1.1. For the purpose of e-commerce. The following Personal Data is processed: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address of the product / service, age / year of birth, IP address, payment data of the product / service. The duration of storage of personal data used for the purpose of e-commerce is 5 (five) years from the date of the last login to the e-shop.

3.1.2. For the purpose of direct marketing. The following Personal Data is processed: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, address, age, gender, date of birth, place of residence. The duration of storage of personal data used for the purpose of direct marketing is 5 (five) years from the date of the last login to the e-shop.

3.2. The Client may give consent to the processing of his / her Personal Data (name, surname phone number, e-mail address, address, age, gender, date of birth, place of residence) for the purpose of direct marketing. If, having given his consent to the processing of his data for the purpose of direct marketing, as well as to receive Direct Marketing Messages, the Customer will not subsequently wish to do so and will inform the Company about it, the Company will no longer process his Personal Data for the purpose of Direct Marketing and will not send any electronic news to the Client, except for information related to the Client's order.

3.3. The Customer has the right to withdraw his consent to the Company in clause 3.2 to process the Client's Personal Data for the purpose of direct marketing at any time by submitting a corresponding notification to the Company by e-mail austeja.laurinaviciute@gmail.com and clearly indicating that he withdraws his consent to the use of his Personal Data for the purpose of direct marketing and does not wish to receive any Direct Marketing Notifications. 

3.4. The Client also has the opportunity to refuse to implement his right to object to the processing of the Client's Personal Data for the purpose of direct marketing by clicking on the appropriate link contained in each e-mail sent.

3.5. The Client, as a Data Subject, has the following rights related to the procedures for processing the Client's Personal Data:

3.5.1. to receive information from the Company about the processing of the Client's Personal Data, to get acquainted with your Personal Data and how they are processed;

3.5.2. to receive information from the Company, from what sources and what personal data of the Client has been collected, for what purpose they are processed, to which data recipients they are provided and provided at least in the last 1 (one) year;

3.5.3. to request to correct, destroy the Client's Personal Data or suspend, except for storage, the processing of your Personal Data when personal data is processed without complying with the provisions of the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other laws.

3.6. When realizing his rights, the Client must provide a passport, identity card or driver's license. The Company shall provide the Data Subject free of charge with information about the personal data of the Data Subject processed once a year. The Client may exercise his rights provided for in clause 3.5 by applying by e-mail austeja,laurinaviciute@gmail.com. The Company has the right to adjust, change, delete Personal Data or suspend the processing of Personal Data only after identifying the identity of the Customer who applied.

3.7. The Client's Personal Data is not provided to third parties, except in the following cases:

3.7.1. When the Client's consent has been obtained, as specified in this Privacy Policy;

3.7.2. Personal data for the purposes of e-commerce shall be provided to partners who provide services to the Company related to the activities performed by the Company;

3.7.3. In cases provided for by the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania to the competent authorities.

3.7.2. In the e-shop, payments are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, the manager of which is Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, reg. no.:12268475), therefore, your personal information necessary for the execution and confirmation of the payment will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.

3.8. The Client is aware of his right to object to the processing of his Personal Data for the purpose of direct marketing, i.e. The client has the right to express his disagreement immediately, or later.

3.9. The Customer agrees that his /her Personal Data will be transferred to the Partners when fulfilling the Client's order placed in the E-shop, as well as when the Company provides Services to the Client, as well as to the Company's Partners, as specified in 3.7. Point.

3.10. If the Customer does not agree with the Privacy Policy, the Customer will not have the opportunity to use the services of the e-shop.

3.12. If the Data Subject so wishes, the response must be given in writing.

3.14. In order for the Company to be able to offer the Customer full-fledged services in the E-shop, with the consent of the Client, information Cookies are recorded on the Client's computer (device). cookies), which is used to identify the Customer as a previous user of the e-shop by collecting e-shop attendance statistics, information about the shopping cart. 4. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

4.1. The Company has the right to change, supplement the "Privacy Policy" in whole or in part. Additions or amendments to the Privacy Policy shall take effect from the date of their publication.
