Payments
Payment can be made using the electronic banking services of Swed, Seb, Luminor, Citadele, Siauliu bankas, Visa / MasterCard payment cards, and Kniks gift cards. Settlements are possible in euro currency. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
Rules for the purchase - sale of goods
1. General provisions
1.1. The rules of this e-shop (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a document legally binding on the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), which establishes the rights and obligations of the Parties.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer is informed about the changes in the Rules on the website of the e-shop.
2. Conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement
2.1. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be considered concluded when the Buyer forms and places an order for the goods in the e-shop, having previously familiarized himself with these rules.
3. Seller's rights
3.1. In the event of significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely suspend the operation of the e-shop without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2. If the Buyer tries to undermine the operation, stability and security of the e-shop or violates his obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend his access to the e-shop without notice.
4. Seller's obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide access to the services of the e-shop, the operating conditions of which are established by these Rules.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer by the method of delivery chosen by the Buyer, based on the conditions set out in these Purchase and Sale Rules.
4.3. When, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver the goods ordered in the e-shop, the Seller has the right to terminate the Purchase and Sale Agreement by first informing the buyer. The seller can offer an analogous product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid within 3 working days.
4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right provided for in clause 5.2 of the Rules, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
4.5. The Seller may not return to the Buyer the amount of money paid by him until the goods have been returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been shipped to the Seller, whichever comes first.
5. Buyer's rights
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the e-shop in accordance with these Rules.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods concluded in the e-shop by notifying the Seller thereof in writing no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
5.3. The Buyer's right discussed in clause 5.2 may be exercised by the Buyer only if the product has not been damaged or its appearance has not changed substantially, as well as if it has not been used.
6. Buyer's obligations
6.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure provided for in these Rules.
6.2. If the Buyer, at the time of delivery of the goods, refuses to accept the goods without good reasons, at the request of the Seller, the Buyer must bear the costs of returning the goods.
6.3. During the delivery of the goods to the Buyer, the Buyer must, together with the Seller or with the person who delivered the parcel, check the condition of the parcel and the product(s).
6.4. By using the e-shop, the Buyer confirms that he agrees with these purchase and sale rules and must comply with them.
7. Prices of goods
7.1. The prices of the goods in the e-shop are indicated in euros. Prices are indicated including VAT. After confirming the order, the delivery fee, if any, contributes to the total amount of the goods.
8. Ordering and payment of goods
8.1. By visiting the e-shop, the Buyer selects the goods he likes, which he puts in the shopping cart. After the formation of the shopping cart, the Buyer enters the personal data necessary for the execution of the order: his name, surname, address at which the goods will be delivered, phone number and additional information that may be important for the delivery of the ordered goods. The Buyer confirms that he has familiarized himself with these rules and confirms the order.
8.3. Payment can be made using Swed, Seb, Luminor, Citadel, Šiaulių bankas electronic banking services, as well as Visa / MasterCard payment cards. Settlements are possible in the euro currency. Payments are processed through the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
9. Delivery of goods
9.1. When ordering the goods, the Buyer must indicate the exact delivery address of the goods.
9.2. The Buyer must accept the goods himself. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, but the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer does not have the right to make claims regarding the delivered goods to the wrong person.
9.3. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the descriptions of the goods.
9.4. The characteristics of all goods sold are indicated in the description next to each item. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the e-shop may not correspond to the real size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.
9.5. If the Buyer withdraws from the contract of sale of the goods, the Buyer shall be refunded all the amounts paid by him, including the delivery costs paid by the Buyer.
10. Return of goods
10.1. Quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of their receipt. Defects of sold low-quality goods are eliminated, defective goods are replaced, and returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. When returning the goods, the following conditions must be observed:
10.2.1. The returned item must be in its original neat packaging (this item does not apply in the event that a defective item is returned);
10.2.2. The product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
10.2.3. The product must be unused without losing its commercial appearance: intact labels, unbroken protective films, etc. (this item does not apply in the event that a defective product is returned);
10.2.4. The returned item must be in the same set as received by the Buyer (this item does not apply in the event that a defective product is returned);
10.2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the conditions for the return of the goods have not been met;
10.2.6. The return of the goods is carried out in the manner prescribed by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods (this item does not apply in the case when the goods are of poor quality - in this case, the return of the goods within the statutory warranty period is carried out);
10.3. The return and replacement of goods of suitable quality is carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810(1) of the Civil Code;
10.4. The money paid for the goods accepted by the Buyer but subsequently refused shall be returned to the Buyer's account no later than within 5 (five) days from the date of return of the goods to the Seller, unless otherwise agreed between the Seller and the Buyer.
11. Final provisions
11.1. These Rules have been drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. These Rules and the relations between the Parties in relation to these Rules shall be subject to and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.3. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved by negotiation. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.4. The Parties are exempted from fulfilling their obligations under these Rules if they cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (Force major).
